Inz9 Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Using the Malaysia Platform

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and inz9 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by inz9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions in this document, as well as any other policies published by inz9 from time to time.

To be eligible to use the inz9 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Minimum age 18 years at the time of registration. inz9 does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register for or use this platform in any capacity.
• You register and use your inz9 account in a personal capacity — not on behalf of any company, organisation, or other third party.
• You are acting of your own free will and not under the direction or influence of any other party.
• You are not using funds derived from illegal sources or unlawful activities to carry out any transaction on inz9.
• You understand that betting carries financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all betting decisions made on your account.

Inz9 reserves the right to reject a registration application or suspend an existing account if any of the above eligibility requirements are found to be unmet, without obligation to provide further explanation.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the inz9 platform at any one time. Multiple account registrations — whether under your own name or someone else's — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Upon registering, you are responsible for:

• Providing information that is accurate, complete, and up to date including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Ensure that the name on your inz9 account matches the name of the owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. A name mismatch may result in delays or rejection of your withdrawal.

General deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction.

• Any active bonus that has not yet met its rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• Inz9 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request if there is any suspicious activity or breach of terms associated with the account in question.

• Each bonus carries rollover (turnover) requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. The rollover rate and validity period are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Only one (1) deposit bonus that can be active at any one time. A new bonus can only be claimed after the rollover requirement of the existing active bonus has been completed.

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the systems, servers, or software of the inz9 platform.
• Hedge betting — placing opposing bets across different accounts to guarantee profit from bonuses without genuine risk.
• Use of funds derived from illegal activities, money laundering, or any financial crime to conduct transactions on inz9.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino table games.
• Transferring credits or balances between different user accounts.
• Spreading false information, making defamatory statements, or engaging in conduct that damages inz9's reputation on public platforms or social media.

Inz9 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to meet KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicious activity or activity potentially involving money laundering.
• Account closure requested by the user for responsible gaming reasons.

If your account is suspended due to an investigation, inz9 will notify you via your registered email within a reasonable timeframe. Your real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned once the investigation concludes, provided no violations are confirmed.
