Who We Are
Inz9 is built specifically for Malaysian players — with a deep understanding of local needs, habits, and preferences. From sports to Live Casino, we're here for you every step of the way.
Inz9 Background
Inz9 is an online casino and Sports Betting platform built from the ground up with one core goal — delivering the most enjoyable, safest and most seamless gaming experience for Malaysian players.
We understand that the Malaysian market is unique. Players here don't just follow the Super League and EPL — they're passionate badminton fans, they keep up closely with MPL esports, and they enjoy Live Casino in an atmosphere that feels natural and familiar. inz9 isn't a platform imported from overseas and dropped here — we're built with a genuine understanding of how Malaysians play, how they pay, and what they expect from a platform they can trust.
From payment methods that include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks — all options Malaysian players already use day to day — to customer support in Bahasa Malaysia, every decision we make at inz9 starts with the same question: is this right for our Malaysian players?
All player data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your personal information is handled in accordance with Malaysia's PDPA and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
From the interface language to promotional content, inz9 is designed to feel local. We celebrate the seasons alongside our players — from Hari Raya to New Year — with meaningful, tailored offers.
Sign up in 3 minutes. Deposit cleared in 2 minutes. Withdrawals processed in under an hour. inz9 respects our players' time — lengthy, frustrating processes have no place here.
What We Offer
Not just promises — these are real commitments we uphold every day in how inz9 operates.
Baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger and sic bo tables with real dealers are available around the clock. HD streaming from Evolution Gaming and Playtech ensures you never miss a moment of the action. Play from anywhere in Malaysia — Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru or Kota Kinabalu.
Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, BWF badminton, MPL Malaysia esports and over 30 other sports categories are all available at inz9. Odds are updated in real time, live betting stays active throughout matches, and over 500 matches with odds are offered every week. Malaysian sports fans have a home at inz9.
Over 300 slots from PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Spadegaming, NetEnt and Habanero. From the Malaysian player favourite Mahjong Ways and the multiplier-packed Gates of Olympus to the Mega Moolah progressive jackpot — it's all at inz9 under a single login.
We know Malaysian players value payments that are quick and hassle-free. That's why inz9 supports Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. A minimum deposit of RM20 clears within 2 minutes, and withdrawals are processed in under an hour for all members.
From a welcome bonus of up to RM500 for new members, automatic weekly cashback, Hari Raya bonuses, to exclusive VIP rewards for loyal members — inz9's promotions are built to deliver real value to real players, not just look good on paper. Reasonable rollovers, fair validity periods, clear terms.
The inz9 support team is available via live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in Bahasa Malaysia. No bots repeating the same scripted replies — you'll be attended to by trained support agents who know what they're doing. Deposit issues, bonus queries, or technical problems? We're ready to help right away.
The inz9 Story
Every platform that exists today started with a problem that needed solving. For inz9, that problem was clear — Malaysian players at the time had to spread themselves across multiple platforms. One for sports, another for slots, yet another for Live Casino. Different deposit processes. Support that didn't understand local needs. And most frustratingly — money that was slow to go in and even slower to come out.
The team behind inz9 decided to do something different. Not just build a platform with "everything" — but build one genuinely designed around how Malaysian players play and think. That means a Bahasa Malaysia interface, payment methods everyone is already familiar with, and support that actually helps.
Today, inz9 has grown into one of the most trusted online betting destinations for players across Malaysia — from the Peninsula to Sabah and Sarawak. Thousands of active members play on inz9 every day, and that number keeps growing for one simple reason: players who try inz9 tend to stay.
inz9's mission is straightforward — to make online betting in Malaysia safer, fairer, and more enjoyable than any other platform you've tried.
Our Milestones
The inz9 platform launched with a primary focus on Sports Betting and Live Casino. From day one, inz9 offered full Bahasa Malaysia support and local payment methods including FPX and bank transfer.
Inz9 expanded its slots catalogue by adding over 200 games from PG Soft and Pragmatic Play. At the same time, integration with Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and DuitNow was rolled out — making deposits faster and more convenient for players.
Inz9's VIP rewards system was launched with seven tiers from Bronze to Diamond, giving loyal players increasingly exclusive benefits. Live Casino streaming quality was upgraded to full HD, with additional tables from Evolution Gaming.
Inz9 now offers over 500 games spanning Live Casino, slots, Sports Betting and progressive jackpots. With thousands of active members from across Malaysia and 24/7 support in Bahasa Malaysia, inz9 continues to grow as the go-to betting platform for local players.

Values & Principles
A great online betting platform isn't just about the number of games or the size of the bonuses on offer. It's about trust — and trust is built through values that are consistently put into practice, not just written into a policy document. At inz9, there are a few principles we hold to every day, across every decision we make.
Bonus terms are written in plain language. House edge rates can be checked in the game information. No hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals. inz9 believes that players who understand what they're doing are happier players.
We only work with licensed, internationally recognised game providers. All slots and table games on inz9 use independently audited RNGs — a guarantee that game outcomes are truly random and fair.
Every product decision at inz9 starts from the player's perspective. If a feature creates friction for players — even if it's straightforward on our end technically — it won't make it into the platform. Players are not just numbers in our reports.
Inz9 takes responsible gaming seriously. We offer deposit limit tools, temporary account break options, and support for players who need assistance. Entertainment should be enjoyable — not a burden.

If you've read this far, you probably have a pretty clear picture of what inz9 is about. We're not the longest-standing platform in the industry — but we are the one that takes understanding and serving Malaysian players most seriously.
Every time someone registers at inz9 for the first time, we care about making that first experience count. We know first impressions matter — and if a player's first experience with inz9 is a smooth deposit, a bonus credited exactly as promised, and games that work without a hitch, chances are they'll stick around.
That's what we set out to build — a long-term relationship with Malaysian players rooted in trust and a consistently positive experience. Not just impressive registration numbers in a report. inz9 is here for Malaysian players — and that remains at the heart of everything we do.
