Loyalty Program
Every ringgit you wager at inz9 earns you VIP points. Level up, redeem rewards, and enjoy privileges you won't find anywhere else. Your loyalty is genuinely valued here.
Membership Tier
The higher your level, the greater the rewards waiting for you. All players start at Bronze and level up automatically based on their total wagering.
Exclusive Benefits
The inz9 VIP Program is more than just points and cashback — it's a richer, more personalised gaming experience for every loyal member.
Every Monday, cashback is calculated from your previous week's total wagers and credited directly to your account — no claim needed. Rates range from 1% to 10% depending on your inz9 VIP level.
Gold members and above receive a dedicated personal account manager reachable directly via WhatsApp. They will keep you informed about promotions ahead of time, help resolve any issues, and ensure your inz9 experience runs smoothly.
Silver members and above enjoy priority withdrawal processing — completed within 15 minutes or less to any Malaysian bank account or e-wallet, including Maybank, CIMB, TnG, and DuitNow.
Every month, VIP members receive an exclusive reload bonus credited when you make a deposit. The amount depends on your tier — from RM100 at Silver up to RM1,000 at Diamond.
Inz9 never forgets your special day. Gold members and above receive cash bonuses or free credits on their birthday and major Malaysian celebrations such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, and Deepavali.
Platinum and Diamond members are eligible for exclusive inz9 event invitations — from betting gala nights and private slot tournaments to premium entertainment experiences across Malaysia that are not available to regular members.
Gold VIP members and above gain access to exclusive Live Casino tables with higher betting limits, dedicated dealers, and a more private setting. VIP Blackjack, Platinum Baccarat, and Luxury Roulette are waiting for you.
VIP members enjoy an extra layer of security for their inz9 accounts, including enhanced two-factor authentication and a dedicated security team that monitors for any unusual activity.
VIP members never have to wait in line. Your issues are given top priority and resolved in the shortest time possible through a dedicated support channel, separate from inz9's general support.
How to Earn Points
If you've been playing at inz9 for a while, you've likely been accumulating VIP points without even realising it. Our system is designed so that every ringgit you wager earns points in return — and those points can move you up the levels faster than you'd expect.
Point earn rates vary by game type. Sports betting on events such as Malaysia Liga Super football, EPL, and badminton offers strong point accumulation. Live Casino games like baccarat, blackjack, and roulette at inz9 carry slightly different rates due to varying game margins. Most importantly, every game type at inz9 qualifies for VIP point collection — no exceptions.
Important Note: inz9 VIP points are calculated based on your total wagering turnover, not on wins or losses. So even when luck isn't on your side, every bet still counts toward your VIP progress.
| Game Type | Points Per RM100 Wagered | Category |
|---|---|---|
| Sports Betting (Football, Badminton) | 100 Points | Sports |
| E-Sports (MLBB, PUBG Mobile) | 100 Points | ESports |
| Slots (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play) | 80 Points | Slots |
| Live Blackjack | 60 Points | Live Casino |
| Live Baccarat | 60 Points | Live Casino |
| Live Roulette | 60 Points | Live Casino |
